Released in November 2022, the Leica M6 (10557) is a revival model of the original M6.

The original M6 was first introduced in 1984, and including the M6 TTL, more than approximately 170,000 units were produced. It has served as a trusted partner for photographers around the world.

The model we are introducing today is the reissued version of the Leica M6.

Its exterior faithfully follows the design of the original M6.

The top cover is machined from solid brass and finished with a highly durable black paint that offers excellent scratch resistance.

The front features the “Leitz” logo, while the top plate is engraved with
“ERNST LEITZ WETZLAR GMBH.”

Although it has a black body, it retains the iconic appearance of an M-series Leica and pairs beautifully with silver lenses. It would also look especially striking when mounted with the simultaneously released “11301 Summilux-M f/1.4 35mm.”

In addition to the reissued M6, we also carry the Leica MP 0.72 and used original M6 models in our inventory.
